How to Submit
Please print this entire "how-to" submit section and then sign below and include with your scrapbook page:
All scrapbook pages must be 8 ½" x 11". There are no limitations as to number of pages submitted; however, each page must contain a patriotic message or support our troops.
All pages cannot be returned, so please make a copy of each page. We cannot be responsible for any loss or non-delivery of page to our offices.
Please do not include the last names or addresses of the students.
INCLUDE: contact information for the teacher/classroom as follows:
Email address, postal address, day-time phone number.
BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE NAME AND ADDRESS of the SCHOOL.
ALL information should be on the back of the scrapbook page.

Permission is granted to Connect And Join to include in the Scrapbook Project our scrapbook pages/content/journaling/essay/classroom work. Permission is also granted to Connect And Join to use examples of our work in any promotion of this scrapbook, articles written about this scrapbook or publication that would include information on the contents/actual contents/ or the completion of the scrapbook and the work from the classrooms of America. I understand that I am not including the last names of the students, and that I have secured permission from the parents/custodian of the student the use of their photo or likeness in this scrapbook. I understand that I may also be contacted by Connect And Join for an interview or further information regarding the submission of the scrapbook page/pages/content from my classroom.
